Use this page for app support, schedule questions, report guidance, and the official path for ACT waste-service issues.

App Help

If reminders, suburb selection, or companion preferences do not look right, check your selected suburb and reminder settings in the app.

Reports

Schedule issue reports, coverage requests, ad reports, and optional contact email are sent only when the user submits them.

Government Status

Local Bins is not an ACT Government app. Bin schedule data comes from ACT Government Open Data.

Before Contacting Support

Confirm the selected suburb in Local Bins.
Use the in-app report option when a schedule appears incorrect.
Use official ACT services for missed, damaged, or missing bins.
Users can hide/report sponsor cards in the app if a sponsor card is not useful or appears inappropriate.

Privacy Snapshot

Selected suburb, companion preferences, and reminder settings are stored on-device. First-party sponsor cards are contextual by selected place/screen and never use precise GPS, IDFA, or cross-app tracking.
